Rheumatic Diagnoses
Rheumatic diseases have many types, and most of them have similar symptom and for general people this diseases can’t be differed. The symptom also similar with other diseases and some muscle problem or bone disparity. The patient will feel pain on their muscle or their bone joint. Gout is also one of the kinds of rheumatic diseases. To make sure and make an accurate rheumatic diagnosis, a physician may need to conduct the following:
- review the medical history
- perform a physical examination
- blood contain test, such as uric acid
- obtain laboratory tests, x-rays, and other imaging tests, if needed
- Where is the pain?
- How long have you had the pain?
- When does the pain occur and how long does it last?
- When did you first notice the pain?
- What were you doing when you first noticed the pain?
- How intense is the pain?
- What tends to relieve the pain?
- Have you had any illnesses or injuries that may explain the pain?
- What medication(s) are you currently taking?
Those are the standard question when you go to the doctor, but actually doctor is making a diagnoses for your diseases, and the conclusion is depend on your explanation and then determine of what kind of laboratory check, if needed.
